Virginia Union University Museum Galleries will present an exhibition and sale of the works of Charly Palmer on February 21, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.  Charly Palmer is an award winning artist whose works chronicle slavery, the Jim Crow era, the Civil Rights era, and the Negro Sports League.
