Not bad, eh? Thanks to your tips the turkey was great!  Notice the timer didn't pop up, though!! Good thing I had a thermometer...

...now if I could only figure out what to do with all these leftovers!  :)  I need to buy some more tupperware, I don't feel like continuously cleaning these!
