New mama Adele is out and about!

One week after welcoming her first child, a baby boy, singer Adele stepped out for an evening stroll with her boyfriend Simon Konecki Oct. 30 in her native London.

Clad in head-to-toe black with her hair in a messy ponytail, the new mom, 24, went makeup-free as she and Konecki -- toting the family dog -- walked around town.

The unseen baby boy -- whose name has yet to be released -- is the first child for Adele and the second for Konecki, who has a 5-year-old daughter with his ex-wife, Clary Fisher.

Now taking time off to tend to her newborn, Adele did her fair share of recording new music while carrying her son. "The pregnancy has had a big impact on her songwriting!" an insider tells Us of Adele, who recorded "Skyfall," the theme song from the new James Bond film, just prior to giving birth.
