A man who found a lost teddy bear on a train in the Netherlands was able to return it to the 3-year-old who lost it thanks to social media. Cees de Jonge found the bear on a train in July of 2012 and decided to take it home after a conductor told him it'd likely be thrown away if he turned it in to 'lost and found.' De Jonge posted about the bear on Facebook and got so many responses that he decided to make a dedicated Facebook page and a Twitter account for the stuffed animal. Even though months went by with no results, a fresh push last week resulted in a woman came forward to say the bear belongs to her 3-year-old son Luciano. De Jonge posted on the bear's Facebook page, "I am the happiest bear in the world, I have found my owner, Luciano here I am." (UPI)
